Our quality control is rigorous, but we understand that sometimes errors happen. If you notice an issue, return the garment within 7 days from receiving it. Drop us an email, and we’ll ensure a replacement is set aside just for you.
Here’s our hassle-free guide to returns, refunds, and exchanges:
- Initiate Return:
- Send us an email at returns@saltstudio.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and specify the products you’d like to return or exchange.
Need help with organizing the courier? If you encounter any difficulties, simply let us know in your return email, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Pack with Care:
- Securely pack the items you wish to return.
- Ensure the garment is in its original condition with tags intact. Please note that we’re unable to accept returns for garments without tags, or if they’ve been washed, used, or ironed.
- Ship
- Ship your return to our address: Salt Studio, KV – 19, 5th Cross Road, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala, India, Pin – 682036.
- Return shipments are at your expense. We’re here to assist with courier organization if needed.
- Refund/Exchange Processing
- Once we receive the products, we’ll promptly process your refund or exchange after a quality check
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement garments to you.
