Shipments within India
Salt Studio delivers to various cities, towns and villages in India.
Charges are –
Inside Kerala 150
Outside Kerala 250
When you order on our site, shipments are sent out within 5 working days. Once a shipment is dispatched, we will ensure that the product gets delivered within 10 working days for domestic packages (within India). We will send you an email with your order tracking information once your order is placed.
Please follow the guidelines on the “Returns” page for sending shipments back and for information related to returns, exchange, cancellation and refunds.
Shipments outside India (Rest of the World)
We have partnered with various courier companies to deliver to all major locations around the world. For all international shipments, shipping fees are applicable.
At the time of “Check out” from the “Shopping Cart”, you will be shown the applicable shipping charges.
Upon placing your order, shipments are sent out within 5 working days. Once a shipment is dispatched, we will ensure that the product gets delivered within 2 Weeks. We will send you an email with your order tracking information once your order is placed.

Customs charges in case of international shipping.
All orders are shipped internationally from our Design Studio in, Kochi, Kerala, India to the shipping address provided by you. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our courier partners to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice by the courier company for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the courier company directly at the time of delivery.
