• Production time ranges from 8 to 30 days, depending on the complexity and level of detail required for each item.
• Personalized customizations may extend the production time beyond the standard range.
• Shipping will only be initiated once your item is completed and ready for dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

International Shipping

Customs and Import Duties

Once your order has been dispatched from our headquarters, we are not liable for any delays, customs processing times, or issues that may occur during transit. In case of delays or lost packages, please contact the courier directly for assistance. If you are unable to pay these charges at the time of delivery and the parcel is returned or refused, your order will not be cancelled or refunded.

Reverse Shipping Policy

Domestic Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product has manufacturing defects.
• Customers must arrange shipping through a reliable courier company and provide Salt Studio with tracking details.
• If assistance is needed for return shipping within India, Salt Studio can arrange for pickup, but the customer must bear the cost of shipping in advance.

International Returns

Salt Studio generally does not accept returns for international orders, however in exceptional cases where the product is defective we will follow our refund and exchange policy for international shipments.

• If a return is approved following video verification:
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
  • Salt Studio will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the defective item.
